Returns

 No Returns option is available as these are food products.

Refunds

If the product is damaged or not in usable condition when it reaches you, you will be eligible for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you should send us relevant documentary evidence including the purchase invoice and photos and videos of the product which clearly show the product status when it was received by you.

Once we receive your claim, we will validate it and notify you that we have received your refund request. We will approve the refund request if we are convinced that the product has reached you in a damaged, defective, or unusable condition, based on the documentary proof you submitted. We reserve the right to reject your refund request at our own discretion.

 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Shipping charges for orders will be displayed on the webpage at the time of placing your order.

Shipping charges will be eligible for refund requests subject to the same Refund process outlined above.
